  • brown couscous in 1/4cup oil, in another pan.melt 1 teaspoon margarine, over medium heat, and saute onion,after 10 minutes add remaining mrgarine,apple,garlic, and banana,stir often 5 minutes until tender, stir in curry and wine,cook 2 more minutes,add broth,salt and pepper. cook 2 to 3 minutes,stir in couscous,stir,fluf it up,let set 3 minutes,taste.
