  • Brown chorizo in olive oil. Add the onion and cook 4 minutes.
  • Stir in diced jalapeno, oregano, chili powder, and garlic.
  • Add a chopped tomato and cook 1 minute.
  • Add the pinto beans (undrained) and 3/4 cup water and cook 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
