Directions

  1. Place coconut and pecans on a jellyroll pan.
  2. Place in a 350° oven for 8 minutes or until toasted brown, stirring every 2 minutes.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  5. Add eggs and beat well.
  6. Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
  7. Stir in oats, chips, coconut and pecans.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes or until browned.
