I just made a variation of these that, my fianee informed me, 'rock'. I made half of the recipe normally. To the other half, I added the following crazy mix: -1/4 bag melted Ghiradelli double chocolate chips -1/2 small bag coconut -1/2 teaspoon cinnamon -a wee bit of freshly grated nutmeg I have to admit. They didn't taste too terrible. And I'm sure they were very low in fat and calories. ;)
