- 4 slices whole meal bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 (130 g) can baked beans, drained
- 30 g shaved ham
directions
- Preheat a jaffle or sandwich maker. Lightly spread bread slices with butter. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered-side down, in the jaffle maker. Top with cheddar.
- Spoon baked beans over the cheese and top with ham. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly. Cut in half to serve.

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books.
