- 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 lbs crabmeat
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1⁄3 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
directions
- Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs. Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover and chill 1hr to overnight. Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side.
