  • Wish butter, eggs, sr cream, parsley, lemon juice, Wrchst sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, and stir in crab meat and bread crumbs. Form 1/2 cup measures 3/4 inch think and place cakes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover and chill 1hr to overnight. Heat oil in skillit and fry 2-4 min each side.
