  2. Absolutely Delicious! I did add one more egg though. I LOVED how they pattied up. Moist but not runny. Held together beautifully! This one is a keeper!!! Thanks for sharing!

  3. These were OK for us. We thought they lacked in flavor. I followed the recipe as written. We thought it could use more mustard and worcestshire sauce. We topped them with spicy mustard and this helped.

  4. I done exactly what the recipe called for and they came out EXCELLENT!! PERFECT!! AWESOME!! I will treasure this recipe, because I finally found the perfect crab cake recipe! Thanks! Sandra.

  5. this recipe was sooo quick and easy. i used fresh crab meat from the seafood dept, and i used zatarains crawfish, shrimp, and crab boil. i used a little more then 3/4 tsp, because we like our food spicy. i didnt have fresh grated breadcrumbs, so i used about a cup of progresso brand plain bread crumbs. these were perfect! this is a great recipe and my family loved it! update 10/18, i agree with the earlier review that you dont need to use as much oil. just enough to coat the pan should do.
