Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 cups crabmeat (real or imitation)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce (recipe to follow)
  • teriyaki sauce
  • 23 soy sauce
  • 18 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven or broiler Split bread in half lengthwise Spread equal amounts of crab on both sides Drizzle sauce and place on cookie sheet Bake til cheese is melted and bubbly Let cool a few minutes and slice Sauce: Mix all together in bowl and pour in a container and refridge.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
