  1. Great stuff! I used the canned small shrimp, but used fresh lump crabmeat for the crab. The liquid smoke was a nice touch. I used Old Bay instead of creole seasoning. The longer this chills the better it gets. I'll make this again....maybe add some scallions. Thanx!
