  1. In a small bowl, crush Ritz crackers.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except Panko crumbs and Canola oil). Mix well.
  3. Make into slider-sized hamburger patties. Coat with Panko crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Carefully place sliders in oil and fry 2-3 minutes on each side (until brown and crispy).
  5. Top with garlic aioli - Mix Miracle Whip, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl. Taste for balance, then top Crab (Dip) Sliders. Sliced dill pickles make for a nice crunch. Or top with lettuce and tomato if you're boring like that.
  6. Eat on dinner rolls, buns, or your favorite bread.
