  1. Very good. Used 3/4 amount of butter. Will make again but reduce the butter by half and increase the garlic. May add a splash of dry white wine too. Thanks for posting!

  2. Surprisingly good. Used 1/2 amount of butter. Will make again and add olives.

  3. Great easy recipe. I used half the butter, added more parmesan cheese and some chicken broth for a thinner butter sauce. I also added some sliced black olives and mushrooms. It was really yummy!

  4. This was good, but WAY too much butter. I may try again with half the butter...was just too greasy.

  5. Very good recipe for Krab! Rather than use all butter, I used half the amount in extra virgin olive oil. Added a bit of salt and white pepper for added flavor. Served with sour dough and a spinach and mushroom salad. Awesome meal!

Having spent the last 40 years selling recreational equipment in Southern Wisconsin, I have closed my business and finally have time to cook. I never sold anything that anyone ever "had to have". SO NOW I'M LEARNING HOW TO PREPARE THINGS, FOLKS HAVE-TO-HAVE! Been great fun and love to expermint. My wife says I cook weirdsville. But, someone likes my cooking, and that's what is important to me!
