Directions

  1. Melt margarine or butter, mix in flour.
  2. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to boil and thickens.
  4. Add onions, worcestershire sauce and bread cubes and let cool.
  5. Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper carefully into the cooled mixture.
  6. In a separate pan, heat 2 T. butter until lightly brown.
  7. Add crabmeat very carefully and very carefully combine with sauce mixture.
  8. Put into shells, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 450 degrees until lightly brown on top, about 10 minutes.
