Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Rinse and drain very well.
  3. Combine shrimp soup, crab meat, cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, egg, salt and basil.
  4. Layer half the noodles in 13x9" baking dish.
  5. Spread with half crab mixture and half cheese.
  6. Top with remaining noodles, crab mixture and cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  8. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
