ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat (not fish)
- 1 cup canned milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops texas pete
- 1 egg, well beaten
directions
- Mix all ingredients well. (I use my hands).
- Divide into 8 parts and form patties.
- Roll in cracker meal.
- Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
