Crab Portabella Mushrooms

"Great for brunch or a light lunch. Add a nice green salad on the side and some breadsticks. My own creation, I love crab and I am from Maryland, so always looking for something other than crab cakes."

  • Gently scoop out inside of mushroom caps. Bake mushroom caps at 350 (F) for 4-6 minutes to soften. Set aside.
  • Mix the creme cheese, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay together.
  • Spoon over mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Broil six inches from heat source for 4 - 6 minutes. Watch carefully. Serve immediately.
