  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic, chives, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Scrape into bowl and fold in crab or lobster.
  4. Adjust seasonings with salt and black pepper.
  5. Divide mesclun into 4 servings on large plates and spoon salad on top.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  7. Enjoy!
