Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip

"I am by no means completely claiming this recipe it is just a tweeked version of Recipe #53047. I wanted to make it a bit more healthy, and not to mention I prepared it differently than her directions. This is a double recipe with half the mayo and 2x the spinach. Everyone raves and loves this stuff!"

I am a wife and mother of an infant son and a crazy 2 year old. I love my life in general. I feel very lucky to have the life I have. I learned how to cook helping my mother and grandmothers in the kitchen it was something I will always remember fondly about my childhood and something I will be doing with my children! Although my experimenting didn't start until I was in college living with 2 very good cooks (believe it or not they were both men). With very little money we had to figure out how to feed ourselves with what we could bum off our parents. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
