Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, saute shallots t in olive oil.
  2. Add wine and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add heavy cream, minced garlic, paprika, Cajun Creole Seasoning, lemon pepper, parsley flakes and cayenne pepper.
  4. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold in lump crabmeat.
  7. Let crabmeat mixture chill for 1 hour.
  8. Butterfly shrimp.
  9. Place on lined baking sheet.
  10. Place 1 teaspoon of crabmeat mix on each shrimp.
  11. Fan tail over mix.
  12. Bake at 400 degree oven for 4 minutes.
