Directions

  1. In medium-sized bowel mix cream cheese, cracked pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
  2. Divide into two balls.
  3. In small bowl put 1 tablespoon of flax seed and add one cheeseball, turning to coat all sides with seeds.
  4. Repeat with other cheeseball.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
  6. Excellent with crackers and vegetables.
