  1. I forgot to add my stars to my review.

  2. Pretty good, and pretty similar to Cracker Barrel's, but I'll give you a few hints. Surprisingly, we actually don't use Coke in our Coke cake, and you're missing one of the most important ingredients: mini marshmallows.

  3. I registered here especially to thank you for the recipe! My hubby loves chocolate cakes and every time I make one, it always comes out average, it's always too dry and too dense. I tried this cake and it is AMAZING!!!! It's so light and moist, unlike any I've ever made! I'm now making it for the third time - but I add 7 tablespoons of cocoa for a rich chocolate flavour. Will be making this again and again!

  4. Cracker Barrells coca cola cake is hands down my favorite cake. The directions are very easy to follow. I made it for the first time tonight and it came out amazing! Very flavorful, moist and the icing is to die for. I can easily screw up a boxed cake mix, so I was surprised how good this turned out. And from scratch! Definitely a new staple with our desserts.

  5. This is the closest to Cracker Barrels cake of all the recipes I've tried. It was a big hit with my family. I did make one change to the frosting, I substituted Coke for the milk/cream to give it even more of the coke flavor and it was so good. I've tried the other recipe with marshmallows and it was not half as good. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe...it is one of my new favorites.
