  • fire roast onion, pasilla peppers, corn, and tomatillos.
  • sate garlic clove in 2 teaspoons butter.
  • add chicken and turkey, cook until browned.
  • dice fire roasted vegetables and add to cooked poultry.
  • add chicken soup and milk.
  • drain canned beans and add to mixture.
  • season.
  • simmer for an hour.
