Cran-Orange Spinach Salad

"I love this recipe, it's easy and can be made the night before for potlucks, just add the oranges once you get there so the spinach doesn't get soggy."

 1. I wasn't sure about the salad with the sesame ginger dressing, but it definitely grew on me. I will try this again with a fruity dressing. Either way, it's really good.

 2. WONDERFUL! Most enjoyed the two fruits with the honey-roasted nuts, & since the current World Tour included Greece, I'm experiencing the great taste of feta cheese! Thanks for posting a great recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe cooking game]

 3. This was really good and had a nice flavor..... The nuttiness of the sesame dressing and the almonds combined with the sweetness of the oranges and cranberries was nice..... I was unable to find sesame ginger dressing and used Kraft's toasted sesame dressing and sliced almonds because I was unable to find honey roasted...... Thanks for sharing.....

 4. This is a great salad! I love all the flavors with the fruits, nuts, and a sesame dressing. I can't wait to have this again tomorrow! Thanks for posting.

 5. I expected to like this a lot more than I did. I followed the recipe exactly and yes it was tasty but somehow I think that I missed a dressing of some sort and that this salad was a little less complete without it. I would make it again, but would experient with a dressing to go with it. Please see my rating system: personal preference is EVERYTHING, so what might be for me a less than complete recipe could be YOUR next favourite find exactly as it stands. Try it yourself and find out. I was pleased to have had a new salad lunch to try out. Thanks!

I'm a homeschooling mother of seven, a labor doula, childbirth educator and apprenticing midwife.

I love to cook, it's a great creative release for me. I usually use a recipe as a jumping off point, changing it as it works for us.
When I post a recipe if I don't site a source you can assume it was one of my own creations which is likely to be a simple one dish kinda of thing. With a large family I'm all about easy and tasty. A recipe doesn't get posted unless the kids loved it.

My star ratings
5 stars- Loved it! the family loved it and it will be added to my main cookbook

4 stars- Really liked it, may make a change or two and add it to my main cookbook

3 stars- Like it, may make it again, but it probably won't be a regular addition

2 stars- it was okay, but not likely to make it again with out many changes

1 star- not very good, would need to make several changes for our family's taste, won't make it again.

I'm very honest in my reviews and whereas I don't like giving low reviews I will. I won't try a recipe unless I think my family would enjoy it and I will review it..
