Cranberry and Apple Crumble

"This is so delicious and lighter than the usually apple crisps. Put some vanilla ice cream on top and it's amazing! Taken out of Cooking Light."

  1. Wow, SweetPnut! What an awesome recipe! I did try it with vanilla ice cream, but I found it also was great with whipped cream. I used more apples (about 1 cup more) and fewer cranberries, and it was fantastic. Great Christmas dinner dessert.

I never bothered to fill out this section and since I visit this site SO OFTEN I figured I should. I love to cook but being a college student cooking for myself, I sometimes find it hard to come up with new dishes to try. I love to cook though, enjoy entertaining others, hosting parties and baking (especially at Christmas time!).
