- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup chilled butter, cut in small pieces
- 6 cups baking apples, peeled,sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1⁄3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
- Combine flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Combine apple and cranberries in a large bowl.
- Combine juice and remaining ingredients; pour over apple mixture.
- Toss well.
- Spoon apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with flour mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm.

I never bothered to fill out this section and since I visit this site SO OFTEN I figured I should. I love to cook but being a college student cooking for myself, I sometimes find it hard to come up with new dishes to try. I love to cook though, enjoy entertaining others, hosting parties and baking (especially at Christmas time!).
