Directions

  1. Cream shortening and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
  3. Stir in bananas, flour, baking soda and pecans.
  4. Mix well with mixer.
  5. Fold cranberry sauce in by hand.
  6. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
  8. Cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from pans.
