  1. This was a yummy sandwich! I really enjoyed the little bite from the horseradish. Thanks Syd for a great new sandwich. Made for Healthy Choices Tag.

  2. I tagged this as a recipe nap without realising t had MEAT in it! But in the spirit of true vegetarianism, I left the meat out, and did NOT miss it at all. I used my own home-made Recipe #340621 for this as well as Recipe #273643, as I had some left from New Year's Day.....the kumquats were a nice extra flavour I thought, fruity! This was a fabulous sandwich and is a keeper for me. I will try it with turkey next time! Oh yes, I used mature Farmhouse Cheddar as the cheese. Made for the veggie swap #18. Merci encore Syd. FT:-)

  3. a yummy change of pace. Had no horseradish but i can only imagine it would be better with it. Loved it!

  4. I really like this! All of the flavors go together so well. I halved the recipe and used smoked deli turkey. Delicious! Made for Gimme 5 tag.

  5. A delicious and super-easy, light Friday night meal. I'm not overly keen on horseradish and decided to give it a miss but we l-o-v-e-d some really flavoursome slices of turkey with the cranberry sauce and slices of Swiss cheese. I panfried these as I love sandwiches toasted that way. A yummy and eminently repeatable recipe which I know we'll enjoy any time. I wouldn't want to change a thing next time I make these. Thanks for sharing this recipe, Sydney Mike. Made for PRMR.
