  • Combine flour, oats, brown sugar in a large bowl.
  • Cut in butter till crumbly.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips.
  • Set aside 2 1/2 Celsius mixture to be used as topping.
  • Press the remaining into a greased 9X13 pan.
  • Beat cream cheese till smooth and creamy.
  • Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour over the crust layer.
  • Combine the cranberry sauce and cornstarch.
  • Spoon over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the white chocolate chip mixture on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until the center is set. Let completely cool before cutting into bars.
  • Cover and refridgerate for up to 1 day.

  1. Can I say one thing? YUM! After I started this I thought it would be too rich and sweet overall... Well, I was wrong! Easy to make, great textures and flavors, and that tangy cranberry sauce MAKES it! Thanks, Chef Lindsey! Made for PAC Spring 2011.
