- 2 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups quick oats
- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 21 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
directions
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Cut in butter till crumbly.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Set aside 2 1/2 Celsius mixture to be used as topping.
- Press the remaining into a greased 9X13 pan.
- Beat cream cheese till smooth and creamy.
- Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour over the crust layer.
- Combine the cranberry sauce and cornstarch.
- Spoon over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the rest of the white chocolate chip mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until the center is set. Let completely cool before cutting into bars.
- Cover and refridgerate for up to 1 day.
