- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1⁄2 cup cranberries
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons creamy poppy seed dressing
directions
- Place lettuce in a bowl or on salad plates. Sprinkle almonds, cranberries, cheese, and dressing on top to taste. Serve with whole wheat roll if desired.
