- 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
- 2 teaspoons orange rind, Grated
- 1 dash salt
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons cranberry juice cocktail
directions
- Cream butter.
- add orange rind and salt. add sugar gradually with cranberry cocktail.
- beat light and fluffy.
