  • Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat egg, oil and cranberry sauce. Add dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
  • Pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

  1. This bread definitely had 5 star taste, but I encountered some problems. The batter wasn't wet enough, so I ended up having to add some milk to get it to mix together. Also, there seemed to be too much batter for an average loaf pan, and because mine was silicone it stretched out to incorperate the extra but i think your average loaf pan would overflow. I will definitely make this again though, just with more wet ingredients and I will probably make a loaf and a few muffins to use up the large amount of batter. Thanks!
     
  2. This turned out horrible, although I think it is mostly because it called for WAY too much baking powder. Perhaps the author meant to write two TEASPOONS of baking powder instead of two tablespoons?!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
