"Saw this in a monthly periodical I receive. Hope to make it for Thanksgiving. You can use either fresh or frozen crabberries"

  • wash cranberries, remove blemished berries.
  • In a 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch.
  • Stir in water. heat to boiling over medium high heat.
  • stirring occassionaly.
  • Stir in cranberries, heat to boiling.
  • simmer uncovered 5 to 8 minutes, stirrng occasionally, until cranberries pop.
  • Stir in marmalade.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
