Cranberry Sauce

"Today I created a new variation on cranberry sauce, and it was delicious. I'm not a cranberry sauce lover at all (probably because of all those years of eating cranberries from a can). This is a wonderful concoction."

  • Heat water and sugar to boiling.
  • Add fresh cranberries and cook until they pop (10 to 12 minutes). Stir regularly.
  • Add sliced orange, cinnamon, and nutmeg and cook stirring until sauce reaches desired texture.
