  1. Cut breast so that you can open them.
  2. Dice onion and celery in small pieces and saute in hot olive oil with pepper and sage. When done add to crumbled bread crumbs and cranberry sause. sprinkle extra black pepper, sage, and poulty seasoning on breast then open cut area and stuff with cranberry mixture. grease bottom of pan, bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
