  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, until no longer pink, 5 minutes, breaking up chunks, drain fat. Add the beans, salsa, taco seasoning and water, reduce heat and continue to cook, stirring often, for 8-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
  2. Sprinkle the meat mixture with the tomatoes, followed ny the tortilla chips and the shredded cheese, cover and cook 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  3. Remove lid and remove from heat, sprinkle with lettuce, dollop with sour cream. Serve out of the skillet.
