  • Place walnuts, garlic and oil in a food processor and process into a paste, adding up to 1/2 cup of warm water, throught the feeder tube, to thin down the paste.
  • Spoon mixture into a bowl and add the cream. Beat well to mix, then season to taste.
  • Add to pasta, and thin out with pasta water, if needed. Enjoy!
