  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat eggs in small bowl until very thick.
  • Add sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat well.
  • Measure flour, baking powder, and salt into another bowl.
  • Stir.
  • Add cream to batter in 2 parts alternately with flour mixture in 3 parts, beginning and ending with dry mixture.
  • Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.
  • Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes unil an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Icing: Beat all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.
  • Add more liquid or icing sugar as needed.
