ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 bunch green onion (chopped)
- 5 ounces carl budding beef (Chopped into small pieces)
directions
- Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth.
- Add garlic, onion and beef blending until ingredients are mixed.
- Chill until party time.

This is absolutely wonderful! I didn't want the cheeseball thing, just the taste! (Craving a bit of the holiday season, maybe) but this hit the spot! So very easy and fresh tasting! I added just a splash of worsterchire sauce, just to moisten it a little and because we like that flavor. This is a keeper in my house! Thanks for posting this! :)
