25 g cream cheese

directions

Preheat the sandwich toaster to its highest setting.
Spread the butter over one side of the bread and the cream cheese over the other. Sprinkle the dates over the cream cheese on one slice of bread and top with the remaining slice of bread (buttered side up).
Place the sandwich in the toaster, close the lid and cook for 4 minutes until crisp and golden.
