Cream Cheese Ball

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 bunch of small green onion
- 6 ounces pastrami
directions
- Chop the green onions and the pastromi, (I use Buddig). Mix all together. Spoon it onto a large piece of saran wrap. As you close up the saran wrap around it shape it into a ball. Place in the fridge until you are ready to use. Just unwrap and place on a decorative plate with crackers around it.
- We use gluten free crackers, or corn chips. Make a seperate ball for gluten free people to avoid contamination.
