Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture is well blended and still soft.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the dough. Using a heavy wooden spoon, fold in thoroughly.
  3. Spray a 3 quart baking dish and add mixture. Using the back of your wooden spoon, smooth over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 325F or until lightly browned.
  5. Chill in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
  6. To serve, cut into cubes and place in individual dessert glasses and top with whipped cream.
