  1. Butter Crunch Crust:
  2. Blend ingredients together and press in pan with back of fork.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Cream Cheese Filling:
  5. Using a mixer beat the softened cream cheese.
  6. Slowly add sugar to the cream cheese and continue beating.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the creamed cheese mixture by hand, mixing it together gently until combined.
  8. Spread over the cooled crust and chill.
  9. Cherry Topping:.
  10. Combine ¼ cup sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  11. Stir in cherry juice.
  12. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
  13. Remove from heat. Stir in ¼ cup sugar, almond flavoring and cherries.
  14. Let cool. Then top the dessert and chill.
