  • Using a mixer, blend the cream cheese and butter until well combined and creamy.
  • With the mixer on low, add the powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time, mixing completely with each addition.
  • Add the lemon extract and vanilla, and whip for one minute.

I'm an Arkansas native but spent my teen-aged years in Memphis. I have four grown sons and 12 grandchildren. I currently live in Chattanooga, TN and cook mainly for just two, which has been quite an adjustment!
