Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bown, stirring till well mixed.
  2. Divide into 4 portions.
  3. Add in desired colouring, kneeding till desired colour is reached (add more icing sugar if dough is sticky).
  4. Repeat with remaining portions, using different colours.
  5. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll balls in sugar.
  6. Place ball on waxed paper and flatten with small glass, or fork.
  7. Chill in fridge.
  8. Store in artight container.
