  1. Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
  2. Trim mushroom stems and add to food processor with onions and garlic.
  3. Chop ingredients in food processor until pureed.
  4. Add all cheeses, bread crumbs and egg to food processor and blend well.
  5. Stuff mushroom caps until full, do not overfill, and place in well greased baking dish.
  6. Bake mushrooms at 375, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Serve as appetizer or side dish.
