  • .Cream Cheese Sweat Potato Tart.
  • -For the tart dough-.
  • Cut the butter as square shape, whip up the egg, and put it in a refrigerator, for the pause, until use it.

  • step5. Steam sweet potato.
  • step6. Fill it and mash it.
  • step7. When it is still hot, put cream-cheese on mashed sweet-potato, and mix with it.
  • step8. Put butter in it.
  • step9. And sugar too.
  • step10. Mix it with whipped egg.
  • 3) Finalizing.
  • step11. Use push stick to the tart dough and make it a bit larger than a frame.
  • step12. Put the tart dough on a frame, use your hand and push stick, and make the tart dough stick with the frame.
  • step13. In order to prevent rising bottom, use a fork and fork it.
