  • melt butter over medium heat in deep skillet.
  • add garlic, onion, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
  • Sautee until onions clear.
  • add mushrooms and sautee until mushrooms start to soften.
  • add Flour and stir until mushrooms are coated.
  • add half and half, whisk and bring to a simmer. about 5 min).
  • stir in sour cream and mustard.
  • Whisk until Well blended.
  • Bring to a simmer let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add vegetable broth, whisk until blended. Cover and bring to boil.
  • Once boiling whisk in cheese and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
