  • Cook onions in butter and peanut butter for 5 minutes.
  • Dissolve flour in 1 T milk.
  • Add to pan and stir until smooth.
  • Add scalded milk and chicken stock.
  • Season to taste.
  • Cook in double-boiler for 20 minutes.
  • Optional: top with chopped peanuts.
