  1. heat to rolling boil in saucepan.
  2. 1 cup water.
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. stir in all at once
  5. 1 cup flour.
  6. stir over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball about 1 minute remove from heat and beat in one at a time 4 eggs
  7. drop on ungreased baking sheet
  8. bake until dry - 400 F
  9. (I like to bake them 10 mins @400 F or 20 mins @ 350).
  10. 8 large puffs.
