  1. These were delicious. Instead of sugar I used honey which gave it more richness, 1/2 n 1/2, and topped with fresh chives, pretty and yummy. A Keeper recipe I will make often !

  2. I cooked this tonight I made 2 servings using baby carrots sliced. I first steamed them then I made the sauce with what I had on hand whipping cream and skim milk. I used 1/2 cup of skim and 1/4 cup of whipping cream. I made this for my fiance and he ate it while I was still cooking pizza. He LOVED it! Thank you I'll make again for sure. Great way to use up carrots. :)

  3. i love this just add 1 tps of cinnamen and dome

  4. Pretty good, if a bit bland and inoffensive. Next time I'm going to try adding some finely grated parmesan and maybe some diced maitake to give it a bit more umami.

  5. Looking for something different to do with carrots.....I only had canned carrots and used real butter. They were delish.... Will be adding this to my recipe book

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. Just in case my employer comes here, please don't ask where I am from, or I'll be sacked like the last nanny was. ;-) I take care of 4 gorgeous, and darling kids. 3 girls and a boy. The boy is the youngest (and my favorite). They are great children, very, very active. (Hyper) I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke) On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
