  1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Sauté onion, potato and garlic until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in corn, flour, coriander and cayenne; cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in broth and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until potato is tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Process mixture in food processor or blender until almost smooth; return to saucepan.
  5. Stir in milk and tomatoes; heat just to boiling.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve in bowls, sprinkled with paprika.
