- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 2 ounces diced pimentos
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen English peas
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth
directions
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, flour, dill weed, pimiento salt & pepper; stir until smooth. Set aside.
- In small saucepan combine peas & broth; cover & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender. Stir in yogurt mixture; cook over low heat until thickened , stirring constantly.
